I have been using the shea moisturizer lotion for mixed textures before they rebranded. They seem to have removed the line for mixed textures and it worked so Much for me. The one written natural hair is really bad for my hair. 🙁 I’m lost and I have asked them severally what is their substitute for the former one with no response. I even shed a lot of hair after not finding the lotion in the market. Everything else tangles and dries my hair reply... This shampoo says it, “gently cleans hair of dirt and build-up without stripping the follicles of their natural oils. The humectant and reparative benefits of honey and coconut oil combine to deeply penetrate and hydrate coils and curls.”This shampoo is the ONE! Just like the pre-shampoo, this shampoo will be a staple product in my routine. It does an amazing job at cleansing my scalp, without leaving my hair dry afterwards. In fact, my hair felt incredibly soft throughout, and after, the process. It was easy to detangle my hair with this shampoo. It also smells amazing with the honey and coconut combination. The consistency feels almost like a gel, which I think is because of the aloe vera. While it’s a very runny product, it interestingly feels heavy. I like the consistency because I can feel the product on my hair. A common fragrance ingredient that has a faint sweet balsamic smell. It can also be a solvent and can fight against microbes and insects very well. One of the “EU 26 fragrances” that has to be labelled separately because of allergen potential. what‑it‑does This oil “uses a nourishing mix of five premium oils (Castor, Grapeseed, Argan, Coconut, Olive). Plus vitamin E to replenish natural nutrients, protect against breakage, promote growth and strengthen strands. My absolute favorites from this line are the pre-shampoo, shampoo, heat activated masque and 5 essential oils! These will DEFINITELY be staple products for me! But I would always dismissed it despite having really dry and matted hair. At this point wash day would take me over 5/6 hours. Nonetheless, I didn't bother giving pre-poo a go. Eventually I gave in after spending hours on youtube watching wash day tutorials. It’s pretty much the current IT- preservative. It’s safe and gentle, but even more importantly, it’s not a feared-by-everyone-mostly-without-scientific-reason paraben.
